Commercial Design

Brief
The client is an established player in the iron & steel industry. The company has a global customer base and would like to revamp their office space and make it fit for the future. With this brief, they approached us with the task of developing a concept and detailed plan for their corporate office which will be located on the campus, next to the factory.

Design
The design concept would be to craft a modern, industrial inspired office space that reflects innovation and professionalism that the company is known for. The design will feature industrial aesthetics with metallic accents in a neutral colour palette with some pops of colour to create interest to the space. A minimalistic design with clean lines, featuring natural elements will be the key focus in the design. Given the technological advancements in the sector, smart lighting, interactive displays and advanced AV systems will be seamlessly integrated to enhance the user experience of the workspace. After the basic design concept was finalised with the client, we engaged in detailed design discussions to come up with a floor plan according to the amenities requested by the client.
